Curd cream pie


for the test:
-80 grams of butter
-1 cup flour
-1 egg
-3-4 tablespoons of sugar
-1 tablespoon of cocoa
-1/4 tsp of soda
for cream:
-250 grams of cottage cheese
-100 grams of sour cream
-3 tablespoons of sugar
-1 tsp of starch
-1/3 tsp vanilla


1. Beat the egg, soda, sugar and butter, mix cocoa and flour, stirring, gradually pour into the prepared dough. Knead until dough stops sticking to your hands.
2. Separate the fourth part from the piece of dough and set aside. Most of the distribution on the bottom of the form, molded sides approximately 3 cm and send for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
3. Mix together all the ingredients for the cream (do not use the mixer!) And put it on the cooled dough. Roll up balls and “drown” in cottage cheese stuffing from the smaller part of the dough.
4. Send the form to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. Cake with curd cream will be ready in 40-50 minutes.
