Marinated spicy champignons

Marinated mushrooms are always perfectly combined with any dish. This is a great appetizer and a frequent ingredient in salads. Easy and quick preparation of pickled champignons won the confidence of many housewives.


-Champignons … 1 kilogram
-Water … 1 liter
-exus 9% … 100 milliliter
-pepper black peas … 15 pieces
-sweet pepper … 15 pieces
-altar sheet … 5 pieces
-cloves … 3 pieces
-sugar … 1 tablespoon
-sal … 1 tablespoon


1. Rinse the champignons under running water. Put the mushrooms in a saucepan with water and boil. Salt so that the water is a little salty. Boil the mushrooms for 20 minutes. Then put spices, herbs and seasonings in boiling water. Boil another 20 minutes.
2. 5 minutes before being ready to pour vinegar. Put marinated spicy champignons in a clean container with a lid. When the brine has cooled, you can eat mushrooms. For a snack, these mushrooms are good with vegetable oil and green onions. Store in the refrigerator for no more than 30 days.
